So by now, you all know the purpose of these posts. I'm just going to jump right in.

The first song I have chosen this time, is something very, very special and something that has become instantly amazing in my eyes. Having only just discovered it, it may come as a surprise as to how much I love this.

Pink - Time After Time.

This is the Pink cover of Cyndi Lauper's song, and honestly, it is so healing. It teaches you to stop worrying, and spreads the message that, patience is a gift when it comes to love. The emotion in her voice as she sings this, really hits home.

The next that I have chosen is a mashup. It's a mixture of Avicii's "Wake Me Up" (Which I've always loved) and Rick Astley's "Never gonna give you up". It's really prodigious, and the video shows clips of Turk dancing (from Scrubs), and Will (from Fresh Prince of Bel Air) as well as other clips, are delightfully comical, and I absolutely love it. The music has been so thoroughly, and elegantly blended together. It's truly noteworthy.

Avicii & Rick Astley Mashup.

The next I have chosen is quite simply, a tropical house spin on an older song, that gives it a new lease of life, and truly is inspirational.

Chris Meid & Berger & Shaqiri - Eye Of The Tiger

It's got such a peaceful, tropical beat, with the typical tropical twists and vibes running through its core.

I've only chosen three this time, because I don't want to clutter it.

I don't think I've ever shared this with any of you. The reason? I feel so much when I hear this, that I haven't been able to find the words to describe this. Maybe words aren't what is required. Maybe it's just the reminiscing. I listened to this with my best friend whilst we got ready for prom this year, and it will always carry happy memories because of that, and things associated with it. The lyrics (a poem) are so beautiful.

TYMA & Levi - Poetry.

TYMA is quite frankly one of the best artists I've ever heard from the Tropical House genre. Honestly, it's rare to find talent like this. I am not even going to try and elaborate on my perception of this. I'll sanction you to conclude what you wish from it.

All my love, as always.

It's another music post, but also a bit of a diary post, because I really, really feel like writing one today. I hope that's okay with you.

I finished my 4 hour shift at 3.00pm and had a quick shower, and I am so, so tired with a pretty bad headache. I'm in an okay mood though.

Yeah, like tonight, I'm going to be sleeping. Properly. Unlike last night where I got barely any sleep, and then the neighbours came home at 4.00am, and one of the females shouted 'f off' to someone just outside my bedroom window. So I slammed my window shut purposefully, because the amount of times I've politely told her to be quiet and considerate when coming home at all hours, because my bedroom window is beside their entrance, it's just infuriating.
The British weather has taken a turn for the worse, which isn't much fun (I walked 25 minutes to work in the pouring rain and howling wind) but it was quite refreshing.

I've been listening to quite a lot of older Ellie Goulding songs lately, as well as P!nk music again.
In particular, I loved this song:

Please Don't Leave Me - P!nk.

It's such a sad song, but it is really beautiful. Some of the lyrics are horrible and threatening, which I don't like, but the fact that she sings the other parts about how she feels is really beautiful. She has a stunning voice, even live.

I've also discovered a new song, that is amazing, by Ellie Goulding and Tarrus Riley (whom I'd never even heard of, and thought his name said Taurus, not Tarrus)

Powerful - Major Lazer ft Ellie and Tarrus.

It's quite incredible, and the lyrics are just amazing. And the music video is MAGIC. Quite literally.

Ugh, my head *clutches fluffy cushion* I'm burning my new Watermelon and Citronella candle from Primark and I'm in heaven. It smells soooooo good. So calming and wonderful, especially since I've always said I'd buy a Watermelon perfume if I knew of one that existed.

I'm going to snuggle up, maybe nap, whatever since I'm tired and my head really hurts.

(With a few that aren't love songs, of course!)
I actually started writing this in a journal by hand quite a few days ago before my employability course started at 9.30am, and today is a continuation of that, but on the computer.
So welcome to the fourth installment of music for the soul.
I've chosen a few love songs this time, because I feel like that's what has been really enjoyable for me lately. However, it's not about me. It's about having the opportunity to share some extremely beautiful, extremely passionate, magical music with you.
The first I have chosen is:
Oh Wonder - Technicolour Beat. (Urban Contact Remix)
This is such a peaceful remix, and the lyrics are frankly, really rather beautiful, it's a freeing song, that I think anyone can enjoy.
The second I have chosen is:
Clean Bandit ft. Jess Glynne - Real Love.
This song is exceptional. The violin beginning and the flow of it is so peaceful. And of course, it fits the love song category perfectly.
The next that I have chosen is a really interesting remix that I shared in my previous post:

Sia - Chandelier. (Marcus Szabo Deep Remix)
I don't know the exact reason for why I love this so much, other than the beat and the tone, but I feel that is enough of a reason for me to feel passionate about it.
The next song I have chosen is not a love song, in fact, it's quite the opposite (oops) and I don't relate to it, but I love the feel of the remix, and it's Phil Collins whom I think is brilliant. The start is so beautiful and tropical, *big lovey eyes*
Phil Collins - In The Air Tonight (Panski & John Skyfield Remix)
So I think that sums up this edition of "Music for the soul part IV", I hope you've enjoyed it. I've really enjoyed constructing this post, I must admit, finding these new songs, and sharing with you, is always extremely enjoyable. I love being able to share them with you. I've just been so happy recently, I feel like a lot of aspects of my life are coming together. Now I just need a clear run through August, and everything will be okay.
Love you all, my magical minions!

Just sit back, relax, see and smile. Love you all.
(Still Is)

Ain't Nobody - Pascal Junior (Complete Rework)

This is so very true, I met someone I care greatly for after some very hard years in my life.

Keep your head up, and your crown on you sassy, fabulous person you.

The lyrics in this mean NOTHING to me, I will just clarify, going out, heavy drinking, getting with different people, eww no thank you. I'm definitely a Capricorn. I'd rather be exclusive with the love of my life, and sit quietly and drink a drink over the night, and keep myself to myself, so the lyrics in this are the complete opposite of me, but I just adore the beat, and the tune, it's so, so beautiful as a remix, and I genuinely might prefer it over the original.

For The Dancing & The Dreaming.

"And love me for eternity
My dearest one, my darling dear
Your mighty words astound me
But I've no need for mighty deeds
When I feel your arms around me."

I just wanted to share this beautiful song which has always gotten me teary eyed.

Okay, so I'm back, in more than the literal way, also a metaphorical way.

It took me a couple of days to realise, you should do what makes you happy. So long as you're not hurting anyone else in the process.

Remember what makes you happy, and achieve it.

I feel like I've finally come home to myself. I spent a while away from who I am, and it wasn't right, I felt so low, so unhappy, and it wasn't me, that's not who I am. I felt lost, and there really wasn't any particular reason for that.

Trust your judgement, trust your instincts.
Trust those around you who you've learned to trust.

And that's how one can find themselves and become happy again.

If you lose sight of what really matters, just breathe, and remember what is important to you. Don't ever forget, life is what you make of it, and ocassionally, we do lose ourselves along the way, the point is, you'll always find yourself again, and find those who really matter to you, stay close to you. Always.

"‘Cause I’m on top of the world, ‘ay
I’m on top of the world, ‘ay
Waiting on this for a while now
Paying my dues to the dirt
I’ve been waiting to smile, ‘ay
Been holding it in for a while, ‘ay
Take you with me if I can
Been dreaming of this since a child
I'm on top of the world."
On Top Of The World - Imagine Dragons.

Keep Smiling :)

I Move Slow & Steady, But I Feel Like A Waterfall.

I wanted to pop in and say hello to all of you, and let you know, I do think of you (even though it's only been three days away, it feels odd since I normally post daily) I just need some time away from blogging. I want to get to where I need to in life outside of blogging before I can come back here officially, and write for you all again.
Keep Smiling, Always.

Honestly, I feel a little lost with my blog right now. I don't know if all these fashion posts are really what people enjoy any more.

I think I'm going to temporarily break from my blog, reconsider it, and think about life. I need some redirection.

I hope I won't be gone too long, but I really need to reconsider a lot of things, I should be back with new ideas in August, I may be back sooner, I may be back later, I really don't know.

Calling all tea lovers, I have found the heavenly brew!

MyWaitrose card holders are entitled to a free cups of tea or coffee, as well as a paper daily with their card.

As a MyWaitrose card holder, I always get a cup of tea to enjoy on the journey home. Recently, their tea changed, and they replenished their stock in my local store with a new, and quite frankly, incredible blend. The tea that they have is called 'Waitrose Duchy Organic' and it's specifically the 'Earl Grey' blend.

This tea is so different to any other tea that I've ever had. I get quite bored easily of regular decaffeinated teas, so I tend to switch my tea brand quite frequently, and have a regular Earl Grey aside, however, I've recently been drinking this more than any other tea. It's such a rich, silky taste (If taste's can even be described in such a way!) it's truly an experience.

I really recommend any Earl Grey fans to definitely give it a try, it might convert you entirely. I find it to be incredibly soothing and relaxing to drink.

(This post has been written a day early, because I'll be busy on the 14th at the time that this post will go live, and I wanted to set it up so there would be no disappointment or 'where's the new post?')

This OOTD, I have to say, was probably my most favourite, to ever do.
I don't know why, but something about it was just magical. I got this new dress yesterday, and I decided I'm going to wear it today out to an appointment. I absolutely and utterly love it. It's so comfortable and it's multi-purpose too, it can be worn either day or night.

Without further ado, I hope you like this special OOTD!

Sunglasses: Primark (£1)
Dress: ASOS Tall (£13.50*)
Ring: La Luna Stone Store (£11.25)
Jewel Encrusted Sandals: Primark (£5)

Hope you enjoyed it!

Some music for today (pay no attention to the lyrics, I didn't post this because they meant anything, I only love the beat, and the instrumental part is absolutely mind blowing!)
